The arrival
Introducing a new puppy or adult dog to the home, the family and every other animal in it. Children, cats, existing dogs, horses, and occasionally stranger combinations. This is the part most people improvise and later regret.
We move into your world and handle the whole thing, while teaching your household to carry it on without us.

There are moments where getting it right the first time matters more than anything.
A new puppy arriving into a full household. A rescue dog with a history nobody can fully account for. A move, a new baby, a new animal, a family where everybody has a different idea of what the rules are and the dog is quietly losing the plot in the middle of it.
You could do that over weekly sessions across two months. Or we can be there, in it with you, for the two weeks or the month that actually decides how the next ten years go.
In human childcare there is a role called the night nanny. Someone who moves in during the first month, takes the hardest shifts, and leaves behind a household that knows what it is doing. Luke's sister runs that business, so we know exactly what it costs and exactly why people pay it.
This is that, for dogs.
We are there ten hours a day, six days a week. We handle everything, and while we are handling it, we are teaching you. You will watch us carry out every step and hear exactly why we are doing it, from the science, the behavior and the emotional side all at once. By the time we leave, your household can do it without us. That is the entire point.

For new puppies we stay overnight in a spare room until they are genuinely sleeping through in the crate. It usually takes two or three nights. Then we move to day shifts, and your household starts with sleep behind them rather than three weeks of exhaustion in front of them.
The stretch before full vaccination, when your puppy needs the world and cannot safely go and meet it. Most people wait it out and lose the most valuable weeks they will ever have.
We specialize in this window. Hands on training, structured play, and carefully arranged sessions at the homes of vaccinated, well cared for dogs we know personally and trust. Alongside that we start the outside world early where it is safe to. Positive associations with the car, leash work, moving calmly through nature, and leaving alone whatever they should be leaving alone. When the vaccinations are complete, stepping into the wider world is not a milestone, it is just the next ordinary day.
Everyone the dog lives with gets coached. Partners, children, staff, anyone who gives the dog a cue. Dogs do not struggle because one person gets it wrong. They struggle because five people are quietly telling them five different things.
This suits households where the dog has to fit into a complex life rather than the other way round. Busy families, staffed homes, people who travel, and anyone who would rather have it handled than research it at eleven at night for six weeks.
Most clients book a month and then extend into a second. That is usually because by week three the household has realized how much easier everything has become, not because the work is unfinished.
Concierge is arranged personally and booked well in advance, particularly around a known arrival date.
